Summary

Cabal is Burgo’s management system for businesses: customers, projects, payments and profitability, with a customer portal. Three plans are planned. Prices are to be defined and nothing is charged today: this document sets the limits and the terms that would apply once billing starts.

The plans

  • A user is a person with access to the business’s account; a customer is a person or company the business records in Cabal.
  • Limits may change with at least 15 days’ notice. If you exceed your plan’s limit nothing is deleted: you will be asked to move to a higher plan to add more.
  • Each plan’s features will be detailed when prices are published.

Planned billing terms

These terms are a draft and do not apply today.

  • Prices: in US dollars (USD). If a conversion to bolívares is shown, only the official BCV rate will be used, with its source and time.
  • Payment method: to be defined according to the methods Burgo can accept.
  • Renewal: periodic (monthly or yearly, to be defined) until you cancel.
  • Cancellation: you can cancel at any time; the plan runs until the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds: to be defined.
  • Taxes and invoicing: to be defined.
  • Non-payment: if a payment fails, you will be notified and write access may be suspended after a reasonable period, without deleting data abruptly.
  • On cancellation: you can ask for your data to be exported; see the processing agreement. Automatic export is in preparation.

⚖️ Pending lawyer review. Invoicing and taxes (IGTF, SENIAT or others as applicable; validate with an accountant), the legal form for charging, foreign-exchange rules, what is published about prices in dollars and bolívares, refunds, and whether charging as a natural person is possible. International card payments through Square require an entity in a supported country and a sanctions review (OFAC).

Other conditions

Use of Cabal is also governed by the Terms of use and the Privacy policy. When Burgo handles a business’s customers’ data it acts as processor; see the processing agreement.
