What to expect
- We acknowledge receipt and reply within 30 days at most. We may ask you to confirm it is you.
- Today everything is handled manually by email. A form, a log of requests with deadlines and the delete and export features from the account are in preparation.
- For reports of serious content (hatred, minors) we try to review within 6 hours; this is not a guarantee.
If you disagree with the answer
Venezuela recognises habeas data (article 28 of the Constitution), which is exercised before the courts. If you live in the European Union, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
⚖️ Pending lawyer review. Legal address for notifications, a dedicated email (for example, a separate legal mailbox), an EU representative if there are users there, and the procedure for authority orders.
